Sanding line upgraded — lamella thickness tolerance tightened to ±0.3 mm

To meet panel customers’ requirements on thickness consistency, the calibrating line has been upgraded from a single sanding pass to coarse plus fine passes, with in-line gauging and adjustment after the coarse pass.

Thickness tolerance within a batch is now ±0.3 mm instead of ±0.5 mm, so customers can leave a smaller sanding allowance after pressing and get better yield.

Three readings per bundle are still taken and shipped with the goods. Tighter tolerances can be agreed in the contract.
